Passengers with Reduced Mobility Assistance (PRM)
Every passenger deserves to travel with dignity. Our PRM teams provide compassionate, hands on support for passengers with disabilities, elderly travellers, and anyone who needs assistance from arrival to boarding. We are fully compliant with EC Regulation 1107/2006, and our staff receive ongoing sensitivity training because a mobility challenge should never mean a compromised journey.
